As employees adapt over time, they’ve become increasingly comfortable with working remotely from their home, with survey results indicating they prefer it. Many companies are still pushing for in-office work — the amount of full and paid working from home days has declined across early 2022 despite holding stable for most of 2021. And since businesses are tightening their bootstraps, helping employees stay remote seems like a simple fix to retain talent....

According to a new study from Paychex, women are more trustworthy business owners than men. The study focused on generational and gender differences and women were more trustworthy as Millennials (women: 21.1 percent vs. men: 19.4 percent) and as Generation X (women: 25.4 percent vs. men: 10.2 percent). Only for Baby Boomers were men considered more trustworthy as business owners, and even then it was by a margin of less than 2 percent....
