In a study by mentorship program MicroMentor, data shows that “mentored businesses increased their revenue by 83 percent while non-mentored business only increased their revenue by 16 percent.” The report also revealed that 42 percent of mentored business started up while only 29 percent of non-mentored business launched. Aside from being fearless, the company is on its way to closing an equity round according to its founder, Shannon Kinney. The capital will be used to ramp up sales and marketing efforts. There is now speculation that chatbots may soon replace human customer service agents. In April of this year, Mark Zuckerberg spoke at a developer’s conference in San Francisco. One of the things he mentioned was that in the near future bots would be able to answer basic questions through the company’s Messenger app. This would be accomplished using artificial intelligence technology.
