1.5 oz London Dry Gin½ oz fresh lemon juice½ oz fresh lime juice1 oz simple syrupfew drops of orange flower water2 oz heavy cream1 raw egg whiteShake dry to emulsify the egg. Then add ice and shake. Strain and serve up. Pour 1 oz of soda water to top off the glass. Serve with a metal straw if you have one. It’s fun.
